by pictoresque and untouched nature. Region of Zlatibor is recognized in
world as best aerial spa, since this is the point where mediteranian and
continental climate meets each other. It is famous as rehabilitation center
and also training center for soccer teams. Also, there are ski paths near
hotel, so it is visited during whole year. Reason for selling is retirement
